Most of us should eat more veggies, and eat less pasta, bread and potatoes. We can kill two birds with one stone by eating lots (and LOTS!) of vegetables at our main meals to provide all those great nutrients – without the extra carbohydrates. Put extra veggies on your plate where you would usually put carbohydrate-rich foods like bread and pasta!
